Welcome to Coalescence.
Please read the following information before filling out the recruitment application.
Recruitment Process:
Your application will be reviewed and discussed by officers and relevant static members in Coalescence within a timeframe of, at the absolute most, a week. If we deem you an appropriate fit, we will contact you through Guildwork about scheduling a brief interview.
Applying for existing statics: Afterwards, you will be accepted as a trial member. Trials last roughly for 1 to 3 raid days, during which time you will get feedback on your performance. At the end of the trial period, an administrator will notify you over the comments in your recruitment application on whether you've been accepted and why.
Applying for unborn statics: Afterwards, you will be accepted as a new raid leader. We will try to pool similarly skilled members to join your raid group. You also gain access to a private forum and a private Discord channel.
Raid Policies:
Trial members have lowest priority on loot during their trials, within reason. This is to ensure current members do not unfairly get locked out of loot by potentially undesirable players.
Two Queens, No Dae: 2Q0D runs a loot priority system - your primary job* gets first priority on drops and your secondary job gets second priority on drops relevant for that job. Other rolls can only be rolled on by players who have that relevant role at level cap unless no one eligible wants said drop, in which case it is a free roll. Upgrade mats are on a case-by-case basis.
Show up on time for raids. Excessive tardiness is not tolerated. If you can't attend for whatever reason, please notify a static member or officer. Your raiding status will
not be compromised because of special occasions, however, we would like if you could find a substitute player in your stead for when you are absent.
Schedule is available in the navbar.
Unforgivable performances will result in a temporary strike on your performance record, held privately in Coalescence databases. Three strikes will result in moderator intervention. They expire anywhere from a week to a month, depending on severity.
